From August 12 to 14, Zhao Wenjiao, Deputy Party Committee Secretary of Changsha Economic Development Zone, led a delegation to Chengdu and Huizhou for an inspection and exchange on the used car industry. The delegation visited the China (Sichuan·Shuangliu) Used Car Export Base and Huizhou Mikai Technology Co., Ltd., conducting on-site research and discussions on domestic circulation and export coordination of used cars, the construction of export service systems, the operation of physical industrial parks, industrial internet collaboration, and the integration of automotive industry resources. Liu Lei, Vice President of Guolian Shares' Tudoudou, and CNAUTO members were invited to participate in the inspection.
First stop:
Enter the Used Car Export Base (Sichuan·Shuangliu, China)
On August 12, the delegation visited the China (Sichuan·Shuangliu) Used Vehicle Export Base, where they gained firsthand insights into the base's construction and operation, enterprise clustering, vehicle display and circulation, as well as the development of used vehicle export business.
As Sichuan's first used car export base, the facility has established a comprehensive service system centered around "one base, two platforms, and six centers." Through the online Sichuan Vehicle Circulation Public Service Platform and the offline China (Sichuan·Shuangliu) Used Car Export Base Public Service Platform, it integrates resources across the entire industry chain, including display, circulation, maintenance and preparation, inspection and certification, warehousing and logistics, and vehicle services. This continuous improvement in the used car export service system promotes the integrated development of domestic circulation and export of used cars.
During the inspection period, the delegation held discussions with representatives from the Shuangliu District Commerce Bureau of Chengdu, the base operator Easyway New Energy Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., as well as enterprises and industry associations from the Hunan used car sector. The parties exchanged views on topics such as used car sourcing organization, inspection and preparation, circulation systems, export services, industrial resource aggregation, supply chain collaboration, and overseas market expansion. They also conducted in-depth discussions on the integration of used car industry resources and the coordinated development of domestic and international markets.
During the exchange, Liu Lei shared the business practices of Guolian Co., Ltd. in industrial internet, digital supply chains, and cross-border industrial belt development, aligning with the "Platform, Technology, Data" strategic direction. She noted that used car exports involve multiple stages such as vehicle sourcing, inspection and preparation, cross-border delivery, and overseas distribution. The value of industrial internet platforms lies in effectively organizing fragmented industrial resources to achieve efficient supply-demand matching. Guolian's CNAUTO Auto Trading Center focuses on the automotive equipment industry chain, covering areas like new and used vehicles, auto parts, tires, and construction machinery. Leveraging the industrial internet platform, it connects upstream and downstream resources, continuously expanding in digital circulation, supply chain organization, cross-border delivery, and overseas market resource coordination—highly aligned with the current inspection's focus on circulation-export synergy. This also presents opportunities for further collaborative exploration across relevant stages.
Second stop:
Entering Huizhou Meike Technology Co., Ltd
After the Chengdu inspection and exchange, the delegation proceeded to Meika Technology Co., Ltd. in Huizhou City for industrial inspection and exchange meetings, with Tang Qi, Chairman of Meika Group, participating in the reception and discussions.
Huizhou Meike Technology Co., Ltd. has long been deeply engaged in the automotive and used car industry, continuously advancing its physical business layout around domestic trade circulation and export operations of used cars. With an annual circulation volume exceeding 50,000 vehicles, the company has established a diversified industrial system in automotive distribution, vehicle source procurement, and export businesses.
The delegation visited and gained firsthand insights into Micai Technology's practices in automotive sourcing organization, exhibition, domestic distribution, export operations, and the management of physical industrial parks. They also engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as domestic and international automotive coordination, the development of physical industrial parks, industrial resource aggregation, supply chain collaboration, and overseas market expansion.
The inspection covered three development models: used car export bases, physical industry enterprises, and industrial internet platforms. Through mutual exchanges, all parties gained a deeper understanding of different development models and collaborative approaches within the automotive industry chain. This also provided valuable references for CNAUTO to improve its supply chain services, including vehicle sourcing organization, inspection and preparation, warehousing and logistics, and cross-border delivery. Additionally, it expanded resource对接 channels with government departments, export bases, physical enterprises, and industry associations, helping CNAUTO leverage its role as an industrial internet platform hub to enhance resource aggregation in the automotive sector and foster domestic and international market collaboration.
In the future, all parties will continue to strengthen communication and exchanges, exploring cooperation opportunities in areas such as integrated automotive circulation and exports, the integration of industrial internet with physical industries, the aggregation of automotive industry resources, supply chain collaboration, and overseas market expansion, jointly promoting the high-quality development of automotive circulation and export industries.
