全球服务贸易联盟主席江增伟及其代表团访问了IBI

8月29日，全球服务贸易联盟主席姜增伟及其代表团访问了IBI数字经济总部，进行交流与洽谈。丰台区副区长高崇耀和IBI创始人兼董事长刘泉热情接待了来访的领导。双方就区域数字经济协同发展、服务贸易国际合作等核心议题进行了深入探讨。

访问代表团首先参观了IBI的数字经济展厅，深入了解了IBI及多多平台在工业数字经济运营及工业带跨境业务方面的创新实践成果。

在讨论与交流过程中，高崇耀副区长强调了丰台区在发展优势和数字经济布局方面的成果。他指出，丰台区凭借“区位枢纽、产业基础和政策平台”的三重优势，汇聚了一批数字经济领域的核心企业，形成了协同发展的生态体系。依托“数字丝绸之路”示范区等平台，丰台区积极融入全球数字服务贸易，助力企业拓展跨境数据流动、数字服务出口和离岸外包等国际业务领域。他强调，丰台区通过“一业一策”的策略优化数字经济发展环境，支持如IBI等重点企业拓展国际市场，在服务贸易国际化中发挥更大作用。

刘泉主席全面介绍了中国工业互联网研究院（IBI）的历史沿革、主营业务及战略规划，并表示IBI已积极构建以工业电子商务、产业数字化和跨境业务为核心的三大增长曲线。自2023年以来，IBI加快拓展国际市场，积极探寻数字服务贸易的新业态、新模式，为全球贸易数字化升级和跨境产业协作提供了切实可行的路径。作为全球服务贸易领域的重要国际合作机制，全球服务贸易联盟在推动国际规则对接和服务标准互认方面发挥着重要作用。

姜增伟主席高度肯定了IBI在数字经济和产业带跨境业务方面的探索和实践。他指出，当前全球服务贸易数字化趋势显著，IBI的产业互联网模式具备开拓国际市场的潜力。未来，联盟可与IBI在跨境数字服务、国际供应链协作等国际合作领域深化探索，共同打造跨境服务贸易合作新范式，助力企业更好链接全球资源，推动产业数字化与国际服务贸易深度融合，为建设开放型世界经济和全球服务贸易高质量发展作出贡献。

全球服务贸易联盟副秘书长陈宁、中国食品土畜进出口商会副会长徐小虎、IBI董事兼高级副总裁王婷、IBI副总裁兼LYDD首席执行官纪静静、LYDD总裁顾问陈颖等均出席了本次研讨会。

Chairman Liu Quan comprehensively introduced the historical evolution, main business and strategic planning of IBI, and said that IBI has actively built three growth curves with industrial e-commerce, industrial digitalization and cross-border business for industrial belts as the core. IBI has accelerated the expansion of the international market, actively explored new formats and new models of digital service trade, and provided practical paths for the digital upgrading of global trade and cross-border industrial collaboration since 2023. As an important international cooperation mechanism in the field of global trade in services, the Global Alliance for Trade in Services plays an important role in promoting the docking of international rules and mutual recognition of service standards.

Chairman Jiang Zengwei highly affirmed IBI's exploration and practices in digital economy and cross-border business of industrial belt. He pointed out that the current trend of digitalization of global trade in services is significant, and the industrial Internet model of IBI has the potential to go to the international market. In the future, the alliance can deepen exploration with IBI in the field of international cooperation such as cross-border digital services and international supply chain collaboration, jointly create a new paradigm of cross-border service trade cooperation, help enterprises better link global resources, promote the deep integration of industrial digitalization and international service trade, contributing to the construction of an open world economy and the high-quality development of global service trade.
